Azriah
Azriah is an ancient being that has wandered the cosmos for millenniums. When she was first created, she had the counterpart of her light born alongside her, Kihra. These two beings explored the new vast universe together, watching stars live and die and galaxies grow and wither. These two beings fell in love with each other and the infinite universe around them. Time passed by, the two finally separated by a black-hole, taking Azriah away from Kihra. Finding herself in a new place she was initially scared, having never been away from Kihra. She spent some time aimlessly wandering the universe before she came across earth in its first stages. She knew this planet held potential, yet its sun was slowly withering. She decided to fuse with it, giving it her power and strength as she watched over the world. Millenniums went by, she watched life change and adapt, grow and perish. She became attached to his planet and soon forgot about finding Kihra. It wasn't until Kihra stumbled across earth that he could finally feel her light. Maddened by loneliness and furry, he blocked out their sun as punishment for hiding his Azriah. Azriah spent all her energy trying to move the moon away, depleting her energy until she could no longer stay away and slowly fell aleep. Her tears slowly fell upon the earth, littering it with sparkling stars. Aphex collected these stars and delivered them back to the top of Mt Everest where together, they sparked Azriah back awake where she could focus her lost energy back towards moving the moon. She talked Kihra out of destroying this planet and offered him a place among her system. Kihra and Azriah are now both fused to their respective sun and moon. Azriah keeps the land bathed in light and warmth, keeping Aphex and plants happy and healthy while Kihra blankets Elyxium in a cool embrace, giving rest and peace. Together these two beings still dance in the sky, and many say when a solar eclipse appears, this is the two becoming one for a short amount of time. |
