Summary:
It allows the user to edit or remove permanent afflictions. Removing the affliction will add it's equivalent tier scroll to your Vault.
To edit an affliction, it must remain in the same tier as the previous Affliction Rules and Tiers .
You may need to alter or remake your masterlist entry if this new affliction alters your character's appearance.
If you would like to remove a permanent affliction and store it in your vault for another use, you just need to comment on your characters' masterlist and make sure your item is unused in your Vault. The same rules apply for changing your affliction.
Item disappears after use.
