The Darter King
The Darter king is a peaceful giant of a ruler. He care very much about his people, as is willing to accept almost anyone who seeks refuge, as long as they pose no threat to others. He doesn't consider himself above others and often roams the streets just like anyone else, but once danger arises he is quick to protect his people.

Ta 'iwi 
Taiwi is located in the middle of the northen desert in Africa. This district takes up more than half of the continent, however most of their land is just desert, their borders are not monitored. Taiwi is a peaceful city, made of sandstone in likeness of old Egyptian practices. Due to the blistering heat, most foundations are underground, including streets and stores. Most residents spend their time underground and only emerge for the sunlight. Taiwi is the first district to house a Xeode as emperor. Due to this, Xeodes are abundant in Taiwi. They greatly helped in building the city underground and have forged friendships with the Aphex living there. Many outsiders find this unnerving, however many newly formed Xeodes will first return to this city to find their long lost loved ones. Many have since dubbed Taiwi the "City of the dead" not just for their strange traditions, but the lack of activity above ground. 

Taiwi may be a tough place to survive, especially for those who must eat to live, but the people are kind and accept all races. Some reformed Dephx have even called Taiwi their home. While being kind people, the residents will not hesitate to defend the ones they love from vicious outsiders or invasions.
