Vikai are large reptiles originating from The Harrow. Quite intelligent, and easy to train, these creatures make perfect travel companions. They can be winged or horse-like, often featuring the same eyes and human-like back feet. Aphex, Nadires and Xeodes use these creatures daily to travel far distances. Land bound Vikai can even be used to hunt as they are often quiet and fast creatures. Vikai can not learn to talk, and have a similar intelligence to horses and parrots. Vikai usually only eat meat, and naturally hunt mammals like deer, cows, buffalo etc. In the wild, Vikai can be found in herds, and will try to avoid contact with other species. 

While wild Vikai do eat only meat,  domesticated Vikai will eat anything their companions make them, and love treats. Some species even keep Vikai around as more so pets, and spoil them with food and luxuries. Vikai have an incredibly keen sense of the soul, and will not willingly trust a person of tainted heart. 

Appearance 

If you intend to make one yourself, please follow these rules so they are authentic. 
Vikai have soft, smooth, leather like skin, almost like a humans. 
You can colour them however you'd like!
Air Vikai do not have arms. They are like wyverns. 
Land Vikai snouts can change depending on its subtype. A more narrow snout will be for speed, a spaded snout for digging and searching and sharp for battle etc. As long as it resembles somewhat it is fine to alter it. 
Vikai must follow the same anatomy as above but you may add the following; feathers, different tail, horns and spikes, glowing markings, sparkles, fangs, scales, weight, accessories, fur (feel free to ask if it is not listed). 
Vikai should not posses anything magical including hovering symbols, weird tails, drastically altered anatomy etc.
